- 1 head cauliflower cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make asiago mashed cauliflower

Step 1Place the cauliflower and 1/2 tsp salt to a pot and add enough water to cover cauliflower. Cook covered until very tender about 15 minutes. Drain

Step 2Transfer to a food processor and add the remaining ingredients and proccess until smooth.
