Ingredients

  • 1 large
    can, whole, peeled tomatoes, reserve some juice
  • 1 can(s)
    artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 small
    sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    basil
  • 2 tsp
    sugar
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make Artichoke and Tomato Bake

Step-by-Step

  1. Place tomatoes and artichokes in a baking dish. Pour reservexd juice over top. Saute onion in butter, then place i baking dish. Sprinkle with basil, sugar, salt and pepper and then cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
