- 1 large can, whole, peeled tomatoes, reserve some juice
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 small sweet onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make artichoke and tomato bake

Step 1Place tomatoes and artichokes in a baking dish. Pour reservexd juice over top. Saute onion in butter, then place i baking dish. Sprinkle with basil, sugar, salt and pepper and then cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
