can, whole, peeled tomatoes, reserve some juice
1 can(s)
artichoke hearts, drained
1 small
sweet onion, chopped
1 tsp
2 tsp
salt and pepper to taste
1 c
parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make Artichoke and Tomato Bake


  • 1Place tomatoes and artichokes in a baking dish. Pour reservexd juice over top. Saute onion in butter, then place i baking dish. Sprinkle with basil, sugar, salt and pepper and then cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
