I love sauteed mushrooms and this is one of my favorites. Sometimes I make the same recipe but with a red wine instead depending what else I'm serving.

Ingredients For applebee's chardonnay mushrooms

  • 1/2 c
    butter (not margarine)
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 lb
    fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c
    chardonnay wine
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried parsley flakes

How To Make applebee's chardonnay mushrooms

    Clean and quarter mushrooms.

    Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter, stirring often, for 4 minutes or until soft.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Turn off heat and immediately pour Chardonnay onto mushrooms.

    Add parsley and toss to coat.
