My sister gave me this recipe originally, and it was paired with a really spicy porkloin roast. It was delicious, however now I usually just shoot from the hip so we have a different salsa to eat with pork chops, and rice & beans. YUM!

Ingredients
- 2 - granny smith apples, peeled & grated on large grater
- 4 ounces pickled jalapeno, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, rinsed & finely chopped
- 1/2 - fresh lime juice
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make apple salsa

Step 1Chop, chop, chop! Place all ingredients in a bowl as you chop. Add lime juice, salt & pepper to taste. You can add more lime juice, jalapeno, garlic, etc as needed.

Step 2Use as a garnish, serve with pork chops, or pork roast, add rice and black beans as your sides....ENJOY!
