A little sweet, a little sour, a little Indian flare, a little Thai and a lot of crunch. This recipe goes great with Chicken, Pork or Steak. Want an afternoon snack? It's perfect for that too!

  • 4 large
    limes juiced
  • 4 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp
    garam masala
  • 1 small
    head green cabbage,
  • ·
    finely shredded
  • 2
    granny smith apples, cored and sliced into thin matchsticks
  • 1/4 c
    roasted peanuts
  • ·
    extra-virgin olive oil
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Apple-Lime Peanut Slaw-Annette's


  1. Whisk the honey, lime juice and spices together in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in enough extra-virgin olive oil to emulsify the dressing. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  2. Combine the cabbage, apples and peanuts in a large serving bowl. Add the dressing and toss well. Serve. Enjoy!
