Brown Sugar and Apple Filled Acorn Squash
Sometimes Grandma made this without the apples, just brown sugar squash. That is delicious, too.
How to Make Brown Sugar and Apple Filled Acorn Squash
- 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut squash in half lengthwise and scrape out seeds.
Place cut side down in baking dish and bake for 25 minutes
- 2Mix remaining ingredients. Turn squash cut side up, fill with apple mixture and continue baking for 20 minutes, or until squash is tender.
