I like the cabbage and Apple mixture,mixed with rasins and mayo with sour cream , not a sweet slaw, good with Pork, Meatloaf, Baked Chicken. This recipe is from Dash Recipes

Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cups thinley sliced apples ( peeled or unpeeled )
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise ( light or regular )
- 1/4 cup sour cream, ( can use light )
- 1/4 teaspoon salt , or to your taste ( you may want more mayo to your taste also )
How To Make apple coleslaw

Step 1In a large Bowl toss the Cabbage, Apples , raisins , and salt , Stir in the Mayo and Sour cream, Do a Taste test and see if you want more salt or if you need more Mayo, if not Creamy enough. Put in Frig. to chill for at least 2 hours, for the flavors to meld .
