Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn, not drained
- 1 can cream corn
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1 box jiffy cornbread mix
How To Make aunt amy's super corn

Step 1Melt the butter in your pan, in the oven. I do this so I don't have to spray my pan with any chemicals. When it's melted, swish it around your pan to coat it, then dump the rest of it into a bowl for step #2.

Step 2Combine all ingredients (including the melted butter) and bake in a greased 8x8 pan at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Should be golden brown. Doubles well, for a 9 x 13 pan.
