This is a recipe I am posting for Susie's World Tour event for the Amish region of the tour. This is a recipe from my cookbook called "Amish Cooking", compiled by a Committee of Amish Women, Deluxe Edition, that I changed to be more easily followed.

Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed corn (preferably from fresh corn on the cob)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup cracker crumbs (you can substitute flour, but less tasty/texture)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- - milk to moisten as needed
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make amish crushed corn fritters

Step 1Combine all the above ingredients and mix them well. Form mixture into walnut size balls and deep fry them in fat.
