Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup bread or cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter

How To Make amish baked corn

  • Step 1
    Cook the corn. Beat the eggs and milk. Combine corn, eggs and milk, seasonings and 2 Tbsp butter. Mix well.
  • Step 2
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Mix crumbs and butter and sprinkle over corn.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until mixture is set.
