- 2 cups corn
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup bread or cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make amish baked corn

Step 1Cook the corn. Beat the eggs and milk. Combine corn, eggs and milk, seasonings and 2 Tbsp butter. Mix well.

Step 2Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

Step 3Mix crumbs and butter and sprinkle over corn.

Step 4Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until mixture is set.
