I found a similar recipe online & this is how I made the peas which came out stunningly delicious.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces fresh, shelled english peas
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, cut into chiffonade
- 2 pinches sea salt
How To Make almost pureed minted peas

Step 1Bring water & salt to a boil in a small saucepan.

Step 2Add butter & peas. Cover & cook about 5 minutes. If peas start getting too soft, shut the heat immediately.

Step 3Using a stick blender, puree about 3/4 of the peas. Stir in the mint & check for seasoning. Can be served hot or at room temperature.
