Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 cup onions, minced
- 28 ounces canned tomatoes, undrained and chopped
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups potatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 10 ounces corn, thawed
- 10 ounces lima beans, frozen, thawed
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make almost a meal casserole

Step 1In a bowl, combine browned and drained beef, onion, tomatoes with liquid, worcestershire sauce and salt.

Step 2Spoon into a greased 3-quart casserole.

Step 3Layer the potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans and green peppers on top.

Step 4Cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.

Step 5Sprinkle with the cheese and continue baking, uncovered, for 30 minutes longer.

Step 6Very good for preparing ahead of time.

Step 7To reheat, place foil loosely over top and reheat in oven for about 20 minutes.
