all 2's easiest corn cake
You have to LOVE a recipe this delicious and what could be easier than 2 of everything? Over the years as many friends have asked for the recipe I get phone calls here and there from people telling me what other 2's(such as 2 eggs,2 jalapenos,2 cups of cheese,2 tsp vanilla extract,2 chopped scallions,2 tablespoons flour,etc) they have tried in the recipe as add ins and tell me they couldn't believe how good it was.

Ingredients
- 2 cans whole kernel corn,drained well(14 oz size)
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 2 sticks butter,melted
- 2 boxes jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 - 8oz containers sour cream(of course you can use one 16oz,i was just trying to keep it all 2's so it is easy to remember)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*.

Step 2Mix everything together and pour into a buttered 9x13 baking dish.

Step 3Bake for about an hour until center is set(not liquidy looking when you tap the pan).
