Ingredients
- 1 - acorn squash
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar, divided
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon, divided
How To Make acorn squash

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Cut squash in half and clean out the seeds.

Step 3Cut each half in half so that squash is quartered.

Step 4Place the squash pieces skin side down on a large baking pan.

Step 5Brush each piece generously with the butter.

Step 6Sprinkle each evenly with the brown sugar. One Tbsp on each piece.

Step 7Sprinkle each with the cinnamon. 1 tsp on each.

Step 8Cover with foil.

Step 9Bake for 20 minutes or until tender.

Step 10Serve immediately.
