Step 1SAUTE ONIONS AND BUTTER, ADD FLOUR AND SUGAR SALT AND PEPPER, THIS WILL BE LIKE A PASTE - STIR IN SOUR CREAM AND MIX TILL SMOOTH. ADD DRAINED GREEN BEANS AND COAT. POUR INTO A 9 X 12 BAKING DISH TOP WITH CHEESE, BAKE 250 TILL CHEESE MELTS, TOP WITH DRIED ONIONS AND BAKE 10 MORE MINUTES.
