- 1-1/2 cup vinegar
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 6 cups sliced zucchini
- 2 cups thinly sliced onion
- dash salt
How To Make 24 hour zucchini pickles

Step 1In large stainless kettle, combine vinegar, sugar and spices. Heat until sugar has dissolved and mixture comes to a boil.

Step 2Turn off heat and add zucchini, onions and salt. Put in jars or plastic containers and refrigerate up to a month.
