zucchini saute'
I came up with this while cutting up veggies for my spaghetti sauce. I thought it would a great way to use up the extra ingredients I had left over from cutting up the veggies for my home made spaghetti sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 large zucchini, sliced and chopped
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 6 large button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons italian salad dressing seasoning
- 2 pinches fresh ground black pepper
- 3 pinches fresh grated parmesan cheese
How To Make zucchini saute'

Step 1Place butter and olive oil in skillet on medium high heat to melt butter, lower temp to med.

Step 2Add veggies and seasonings and saute’ until soft and tender 5-10 minutes or longer depending how soft you like your veggies.

Step 3Add parmesan cheese right before serving.
