I came up with this while cutting up veggies for my spaghetti sauce.

I thought it would a great way to use up the extra ingredients I had left over from cutting up the veggies for my home made spaghetti sauce.

Ingredients

1 large
zucchini, sliced and chopped
1/2 large
onion, chopped
1 clove
garlic, minced
6 large
button mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 Tbsp
butter
1 1/2 tsp
italian salad dressing seasoning
2 pinch
fresh ground black pepper
3 pinch
fresh grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Zucchini Saute'

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place butter and olive oil in skillet on medium high heat to melt butter, lower temp to med.
  • 2Add veggies and seasonings and saute’ until soft and tender 5-10 minutes or longer depending how soft you like your veggies.
  • 3Add parmesan cheese right before serving.
