zucchini bake
I made up this recipe. I was trying to figure out what I was going to do with zucchini and this idea came into my mind. I served it with my Portuguese Pinto Beans. I think it turned out real yummie. So I am posting it to you.

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 2 medium green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup parmesan grated cheese
How To Make zucchini bake

Step 1Beat 3 eggs. Add flour and mix well. Add garlic powder,onions,salt and pepper. Add sliced zucchini. Put in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with the parmesan.

Step 2Bake in 350 oven for 35 minutes.
