1 bunch
green onions
4 medium
yellow squash
2 lb
okra, fresh
shortening for frying
flour for coating

How to Make Vegetable Medley


  • 1slice tomatoes and then quarter them, cut up green onions, slice squash, and cut okra
  • 2coat vegetables in a large bowl with flour, salt and pepper to taste
  • 3melt shortening in skillet
  • 4add vegetable mixture, and fry....stirring to get an even browning
