Ingredients

  • FOR BALLS:
  • 3/4 cup grated cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cornflour
  • 1/2 cup paneer
  • 2 teaspoons salt,pepper and red chilli powder
  • FOR GRAVY:
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons garlic,green chilli,tomato sauce,soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar and viniger
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour dissolved in 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon ajinamoto

How To Make vegetable manchurian

  • Step 1
    FOR BALLS: Mix all the ingredients into a dough and roll it out in your palms to form balls.Microwave on the rotating plate at 80% power for 2-3min.Keep aside,turning the balls halfway
  • Step 2
    FOR GRAVY: In a microwave-safe bowl,add oil,chopped onion,garlic and chilli and microwave for 2min at 100% power.Then add the rest of the ingredients and microwave covered for 3min at 100% power.Stir in between
  • Step 3
    Lastly add the balls into it and microwave covered at 80% power for 2-3min.Stand it for 2min
