- FOR BALLS:
- 3/4 cup grated cabbage
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 1/2 cup paneer
- 2 teaspoons salt,pepper and red chilli powder
- FOR GRAVY:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons garlic,green chilli,tomato sauce,soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar and viniger
- 1 tablespoon cornflour dissolved in 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ajinamoto
How To Make vegetable manchurian

Step 1FOR BALLS: Mix all the ingredients into a dough and roll it out in your palms to form balls.Microwave on the rotating plate at 80% power for 2-3min.Keep aside,turning the balls halfway

Step 2FOR GRAVY: In a microwave-safe bowl,add oil,chopped onion,garlic and chilli and microwave for 2min at 100% power.Then add the rest of the ingredients and microwave covered for 3min at 100% power.Stir in between

Step 3Lastly add the balls into it and microwave covered at 80% power for 2-3min.Stand it for 2min
