This recipe can be made the day before and cooked before serving. Very popular and easy dish for potlucks. I use ritz crackers but soda crackers work well to.

Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup onion diced
- 1/2 cup celery diced
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup ritz crackers crushed
How To Make vegetable casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 baking dish.

Step 2Combine vegetables, cheese, mayo, onion and celery. Pour into baking dish and top with the 3/4 cup melted butter.

Step 3Mix remaining 1/4 cup butter with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on top.

Step 4Bake for 35 mins.
