This recipe can be made the day before and cooked before serving. Very popular and easy dish for potlucks. I use ritz crackers but soda crackers work well to.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup onion diced
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup ritz crackers crushed

How To Make vegetable casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Combine vegetables, cheese, mayo, onion and celery. Pour into baking dish and top with the 3/4 cup melted butter.
  • Step 3
    Mix remaining 1/4 cup butter with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on top.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 35 mins.
