vegetable casserole
This recipe was given to my mom several years ago by one of her long time neighbors and it's a favorite at our family dinners. Very simple to make and delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 cans french cut green beans, drained
- 2 cans shoepeg corn, drained
- 2 cans mexicorn, drained
- 1/2 cup onion flakes, dehydrated
- - garlic salt to taste
- 1 cup sharp cheddar, shredded
- 1/2 bag cheezit crackers, crushed
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
How To Make vegetable casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Combine first two ingredients then combine with next five ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish.

Step 3Top with shredded cheese and crushed crackers. Drizzle with melted butter.

Step 4Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
