This recipe was given to my mom several years ago by one of her long time neighbors and it's a favorite at our family dinners. Very simple to make and delicious!

  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 2 can(s)
    french cut green beans, drained
  • 2 can(s)
    shoepeg corn, drained
  • 2 can(s)
    mexicorn, drained
  • 1/2 c
    onion flakes, dehydrated
  • ·
    garlic salt to taste
  • 1 c
    sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 1/2 bag(s)
    cheezit crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 stick
    butter, melted

How to Make Vegetable Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine first two ingredients then combine with next five ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish.
  3. Top with shredded cheese and crushed crackers. Drizzle with melted butter.
  4. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
