This recipe was given to my mom several years ago by one of her long time neighbors and it's a favorite at our family dinners. Very simple to make and delicious!

cream of celery soup
8 oz
sour cream
2 can(s)
french cut green beans, drained
2 can(s)
shoepeg corn, drained
2 can(s)
mexicorn, drained
1/2 c
onion flakes, dehydrated
garlic salt to taste
1 c
sharp cheddar, shredded
1/2 bag(s)
cheezit crackers, crushed
1/2 stick
butter, melted

How to Make Vegetable Casserole


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Combine first two ingredients then combine with next five ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • 3Top with shredded cheese and crushed crackers. Drizzle with melted butter.
  • 4Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
