This recipe was given to my mom several years ago by one of her long time neighbors and it's a favorite at our family dinners. Very simple to make and delicious!

Ingredients For vegetable casserole

  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 2 can
    french cut green beans, drained
  • 2 can
    shoepeg corn, drained
  • 2 can
    mexicorn, drained
  • 1/2 c
    onion flakes, dehydrated
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 1 c
    sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 1/2 bag
    cheezit crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 stick
    butter, melted

How To Make vegetable casserole

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2
    Combine first two ingredients then combine with next five ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish.

    Top with shredded cheese and crushed crackers. Drizzle with melted butter.

    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
