tina's e-z stir fry sauce
This is so nice to have in the frig. With all the veggies at peak, I just steam the veggies or stir fry and sauce them. Add meat if you choose. It smells divine too!

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups cold water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/3 cup light or dark corn syrup
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic minced or crushed.
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted sesame oil optional
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
How To Make tina's e-z stir fry sauce

Step 1dissolve the cornstarch in 1/3 cup of the water. Add to sauce pan along with the remaining 1 cup water and remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer until thickened and glossy

Step 2Toss with any steamed tender crisp veggies or stir-fry. Refrigerate any left over sauce. SO easy and So divine! I love it on Egg Foo Young!
