Ingredients

3 mediumyellow squash, thinly sliced

1/2 cgreen onion, thinly sliced

1/2 ccelery, thinly sliced

2 Tbspred wine vinegar
-
3/4 csugar
-
1 clovegarlic, crushed

1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
2/3 ccider vinegar
-
1/4 cgreen bell pepper, diced
How to Make Tangy Yellow Squash
- Combine vegetables in a large bowl. Toss Lightly.
- Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Pour over vegetables and chill 12 hours.
- Drain and serve.
