- 3 medium yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced

Step 1Combine vegetables in a large bowl. Toss Lightly.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Step 3Pour over vegetables and chill 12 hours.
