Ingredients

  • 3 medium
    yellow squash, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c
    green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c
    celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 2/3 c
    cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    green bell pepper, diced

How to Make Tangy Yellow Squash

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine vegetables in a large bowl. Toss Lightly.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Pour over vegetables and chill 12 hours.
  4. Drain and serve.
