Ingredients
- 1 package portobello mushrooms
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, diced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- - salt/pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon white truffle oil
How To Make stuffed mini portobello mushrooms

Step 1Remove stems from the Mushrooms, clean each mushroom with a damp paper towel.

Step 2In a small skillet, add butter, olive oil, onions, garlic...sauté about 5 mins...then add in the panko, parmesan, salt, pepper & parsley...stir together 5 mins

Step 3stuff each mushroom with the filling, bake at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet for 30 mins.

Step 4drizzle warm mushrooms with the white truffle oil.
