1 pkgportobello mushrooms
1/2 cpanko bread crumbs
1/2 smallonion, diced
3 clovegarlic, diced
1 Tbspolive oil
1/4 cparmesan cheese
1 Tbspparsley, chopped
·salt/pepper to taste
1 tspwhite truffle oil
How to Make Stuffed Mini Portobello Mushrooms
- Remove stems from the Mushrooms, clean each mushroom with a damp paper towel.
- In a small skillet, add butter, olive oil, onions, garlic...sauté about 5 mins...then add in the panko, parmesan, salt, pepper & parsley...stir together 5 mins
- stuff each mushroom with the filling, bake at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet for 30 mins.
- drizzle warm mushrooms with the white truffle oil.
