How to Make Stir-Fried Bok Choi
- 1Heat a wok or large skillet over moderat heat. Add teh oil and then the bok choi. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add garlic and stir fry 4 minutes more.
- 2Add the soy sauce, salt, and chicken stock. continue to stir-fry for a few more minutes until heated through. It should be done, but slightly crisp.
