Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 1/2 pounds bok choi
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt (do not use if using regular soy sauce)
- 2 tablespoons chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
How To Make stir-fried bok choi

Step 1Heat a wok or large skillet over moderat heat. Add teh oil and then the bok choi. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add garlic and stir fry 4 minutes more.

Step 2Add the soy sauce, salt, and chicken stock. continue to stir-fry for a few more minutes until heated through. It should be done, but slightly crisp.
