3 Tbspbutter, melted
1 tspchicken bouillon cube
1/8 tspcelery salt
1/8 tspblack pepper
1 1/2 lbfresh asparagas (approx. 4 cups)
1 tspsoy sauce, dark
How To Make stir fried asparagas
1Trim and cut asparagas into 2 inch pieces. In a large skillet melt butter, add bouillon cube, celery salt and pepper, stir to mix well. Add asparagas and stir to coat. Cover and cook for 2 mins over medium high heat, stirring occasionaly. Stir in soy sauce and serve immediately.
