Ingredients For stir fried asparagas

  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
    chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/8 tsp
    celery salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb
    fresh asparagas (approx. 4 cups)
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce, dark

How To Make stir fried asparagas

  • 1
    Trim and cut asparagas into 2 inch pieces. In a large skillet melt butter, add bouillon cube, celery salt and pepper, stir to mix well. Add asparagas and stir to coat. Cover and cook for 2 mins over medium high heat, stirring occasionaly. Stir in soy sauce and serve immediately.
