Ingredients

  • 1 large
    can stewed tomatoes pureed
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh basil chopped
  • 3 slice
    bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter

How to Make Stewed Tomato Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix tomatoes basil bacon and sugar together.
  2. Spray a casserole dish and put 1/2 cup panko in the bottom. Pour the tomato mixture over top. Top with the remaining bread crumbs. Cut the butter into 8 pieces and scatter over the top
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
