- 1 large can stewed tomatoes pureed
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
- 3 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 4 tablespoons butter
How To Make stewed tomato casserole

Step 1Mix tomatoes basil bacon and sugar together.

Step 2Spray a casserole dish and put 1/2 cup panko in the bottom. Pour the tomato mixture over top. Top with the remaining bread crumbs. Cut the butter into 8 pieces and scatter over the top

Step 3Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
