Ingredients For delicious spinach casserole

  • 1 pkg
    large frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
  • 1
    container (16 ounce) sour cream
  • 1 can
    (3 ounce) french fried onion rings
  • 1 can
    (4 ounce) chopped mushrooms, drained and sauteed
  • 1 pkg
    (8 ounce) cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make delicious spinach casserole

  • 1
    Mix spinach, sour cream, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, eggs, salt and pepper and half of french fried onion rings in mixing bowl. Empty into greased 2 quart baking dish or a 9 inch pie pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

    Top with remaining french fried onion rings and bake for 10 minutes more.
