  • 1 pkg
    (10 ounce) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
  • 1
    container (16 ounce) sour cream
  • 1 can(s)
    (3 ounce) french fried onion rings
  • 1 can(s)
    (4 ounce) chopped mushrooms, drained and sauteed
  • 1 pkg
    (8 ounce) cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Spinach Pie


  1. Mix spinach, sour cream, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, eggs, salt and pepper and half of french fried onion rings in mixing bowl.
    Empty into greased 2 quart baking dish or a 9 inch pie pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  3. Top with remaining french fried onion rings and bake for 10 minutes more.
