  • 1 lb
    brussels sprouts
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 c
    water

How to Make Slow Cooker Brussels Sprouts

Step-by-Step

  1. Use a 2 quart slow cooker. Wash and trim the ends off each brussels sprout, and cut in half. Toss into the slow cooker.
  2. Add butter, mustard, salt, pepper, and water.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4 - 5 hours. Stir well to distribute the sauce before serving. The sprouts on the edge get brown and a bit crispy on the outer edge.
