Ingredients
- 1 - bag normandy vegetable mix (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt (your favorite)
- 2-3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
How To Make skillet veggie mix

Step 1In a large skillet on medium/high heat, add your olive oil and when heated add your veggie mix, garlic, and seasoning salt.

Step 2Stir and cook 10 minutes, then add seasoning salt and cheese and cook until cooked through but not soggy 5-10 minutes. Salt and pepper as needed.

Step 3I fix this with chicken, fish, pork, steak, salmon, shrimp scampi etc... I will use different herbs and seasoning mixes.
