scandinavian bean salad
My aunt gave me this recipe many years ago. It is so quick to put together and is delicious with barbeque, cold meats, etc. Absolutely great to take on picnics!

Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch celery, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 small white onions, chopped
- 1 large can chopped pimento
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
- 1 can french cut green beans, drained
- DRESSING:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vinegar (white or apple cider)
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
How To Make scandinavian bean salad

Step 1Mix chopped vegetables, bean sprouts, and green beans. Place in a container with a lid.

Step 2Mix dressing ingredients together in a jar. Shake well and pour over vegetables.

Step 3Marinate in refrigerate overnight. Drain before serving. This will keep 2 weeks or more in refrigerator.
