1 lbsliced mushrooms, button, cremini, or morel

1 Tbspgarlic powder

8 ozsour cream

1 crose wine

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspwhite pepper
How To Make sauteed mushrooms

1In large cast iron skillet, over medium heat cook onion in butter until tender.

2Add mushrooms and garlic powder and cook until mushrooms are tender.

3Add the remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
