These mushrooms are great over a juicy grill steak, burger, pork chop or chicken breast. You can serve them as a side dish to pretty much any grilled, roasted or baked meat or fish.

sliced mushrooms, button, cremini, or morel
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
8 oz
sour cream
1 c
rose wine
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
white pepper

How to Make Sauteed Mushrooms


  • 1In large cast iron skillet, over medium heat cook onion in butter until tender.
  • 2Add mushrooms and garlic powder and cook until mushrooms are tender.
  • 3Add the remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
