Ingredients
- - 6 tbsp. olive oil
- - 1 1/2 lbs. fresh button mushrooms, cut in half
- - 2 tbsp. butter
- - 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- - 1 tbsp. freshly grated lemon zest
- - 1/2 cup white wine
- - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- - kosher salt and pepper to taste
How To Make sauteed mushrooms with lemon and parsley

Step 1In large skillet, heat olive oil. Add mushrooms and arrange in single layer. Cook for 2 minutes til slightly caramelized. Stir to mix. Stir in butter, lemon juice, zest, and wine. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cook til mushrooms are tender. Add parsley, salt and pepper and serve. Serves 4 Tastes of Italia
