2 lbmushrooms, cleaned and sliced

1 1/2 stickbutter
-
1/2 ccabernet sauvignon
-
2 tspgarlic, minced
-
·fresh herbs minced, any herb of your choice
How to Make Sauteed Mushrooms
- Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter until browned.
- Add red wine and simmer.
- Serve hot.
