  • 2 lb
    mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    cabernet sauvignon
  • 2 tsp
    garlic, minced
  • ·
    fresh herbs minced, any herb of your choice

How to Make Sauteed Mushrooms

Step-by-Step

  1. Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter until browned.
  2. Add red wine and simmer.
  3. Serve hot.
