  • 2 lb
    mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 1/2 stick
  • 1/2 c
    cabernet sauvignon
  • 2 tsp
    garlic, minced
  • ·
    fresh herbs minced, any herb of your choice

How to Make Sauteed Mushrooms


  1. Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter until browned.
  2. Add red wine and simmer.
  3. Serve hot.
