Ingredients

  • 2 pounds mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 cup cabernet sauvignon
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • - fresh herbs minced, any herb of your choice

How To Make sauteed mushrooms

  • Step 1
    Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter until browned.
  • Step 2
    Add red wine and simmer.
  • Step 3
    Serve hot.
