Santa Fe Corn
4 can(s)whole kernel corn, (yellow or white or mixed), drained
2 slicecans chopped green chilies
1 tspcayenne pepper
1 tspcomino (cumin) ground
2 (8) ozpackages cream cheese
1 cwhole milk
How to Make Santa Fe Corn
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large casserole.
- Combine corn, green chilies, peppers, salt, and comino.
- In the top of a double broiler melt cream cheese and butter, adding milk and stirring until smooth.
- mix with the corn mixture and pour into the prepared casserole. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
