roasted parmesan and garlic asparagus
My personal favorite veggie. Even the kids will eat it because of the cheese ;) I even like them cold as a quick snack.

Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus, fresh
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- - salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make roasted parmesan and garlic asparagus

Step 1Heat oil and garlic in small saucepan over low heat until garlic is golden. Make sure you don't burn garlic!

Step 2Remove woody ends from asparagus by gently bending until end snaps off.

Step 3Place asparagus on baking pan and coat with oil and garlic. Push asparagus together and season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Step 4Roast at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
