How to Make Roasted Parmesan and Garlic Asparagus
- Heat oil and garlic in small saucepan over low heat until garlic is golden. Make sure you don't burn garlic!
- Remove woody ends from asparagus by gently bending until end snaps off.
- Place asparagus on baking pan and coat with oil and garlic. Push asparagus together and season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Roast at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
