- 2 lb
- 1 small head of cabbage
- 1 1/2 Tbsp
- olive oil
- 2 to 3 clove
- garlic, smashed
- kosher salt
- ground black pepper
How to Make Roasted Cabage Steaks
- 1Preheat oven t 400 and spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray (I put foil on sheet to make clean up easy)
- 2Pull outer leaf off cabbage and cut cabbage from top to bottom(the root) into 1"thick slices
- 3Mix garlic with olive oil in small bowl and spread over both sides of garlic slices with a pastry brush and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- 4Roast on middle rack for 30 minutes then flip cabbage over and roast additional 30 minutes - edges will be brown and crispy.
- 5Serve hot!
