roasted cabage steaks
I got this off Pinterest, but could not save it to Just a pinch. My husband loved it! We will be making it often. I will post a picture next time I make it!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds 1 small head of cabbage
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- - kosher salt
- - ground black pepper
How To Make roasted cabage steaks

Step 1Preheat oven t 400 and spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray (I put foil on sheet to make clean up easy)

Step 2Pull outer leaf off cabbage and cut cabbage from top to bottom(the root) into 1"thick slices

Step 3Mix garlic with olive oil in small bowl and spread over both sides of garlic slices with a pastry brush and sprinkle with salt and pepper

Step 4Roast on middle rack for 30 minutes then flip cabbage over and roast additional 30 minutes - edges will be brown and crispy.

Step 5Serve hot!
