I got this off Pinterest, but could not save it to Just a pinch. My husband loved it! We will be making it often. I will post a picture next time I make it!

Ingredients

2 lb
1 small head of cabbage
1 1/2 Tbsp
olive oil
2 to 3 clove
garlic, smashed
kosher salt
ground black pepper

How to Make Roasted Cabage Steaks

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven t 400 and spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray (I put foil on sheet to make clean up easy)
  • 2Pull outer leaf off cabbage and cut cabbage from top to bottom(the root) into 1"thick slices
  • 3Mix garlic with olive oil in small bowl and spread over both sides of garlic slices with a pastry brush and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • 4Roast on middle rack for 30 minutes then flip cabbage over and roast additional 30 minutes - edges will be brown and crispy.
  • 5Serve hot!
