How to Make Roasted Cabage Steaks

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven t 400 and spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray (I put foil on sheet to make clean up easy)
  2. Pull outer leaf off cabbage and cut cabbage from top to bottom(the root) into 1"thick slices
  3. Mix garlic with olive oil in small bowl and spread over both sides of garlic slices with a pastry brush and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  4. Roast on middle rack for 30 minutes then flip cabbage over and roast additional 30 minutes - edges will be brown and crispy.
  5. Serve hot!
