Haven't tried this yet but I will very soon. Not a "cooked" broccoli eating person but, anything with garlic and chili powder has to be good.

How to Make Roasted Broccoli

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together the olive oil, chili powder, garlic and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add the broccoli and toss to coat.
  3. Place on a cookie sheet and roast for 20-30 minutes at 425 degrees. Broccoli should be browned and sizzling. It can be flipped halfway through cooking, but not necessary.
