Haven't tried this yet but I will very soon. Not a "cooked" broccoli eating person but, anything with garlic and chili powder has to be good.

Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli, fresh
- .4 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 4 teaspoons garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make roasted broccoli

Step 1Mix together the olive oil, chili powder, garlic and salt in a bowl.

Step 2Add the broccoli and toss to coat.

Step 3Place on a cookie sheet and roast for 20-30 minutes at 425 degrees. Broccoli should be browned and sizzling. It can be flipped halfway through cooking, but not necessary.
