Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh asparagus
- 1 1/2 cups tomato, grape/cherry,halved
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 cloves garlic,minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup parmesan,cheese,greated
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel, greated
How To Make roasted asparagus

Step 1Put asparagus, tomatoes and pine nuts in a foil-lined baking sheet. Mix 2 Tablespoon oil, garlic, salt, and pepper; toss with asparagus.

Step 2Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes or just tender. Drizzle with remaining oil and lemon juice; sprinkle with cheese and lemon peel. Toss to combine.
