A great weeknight side dish. I have also used jalapeno pepper jelly. Oh, so good!! You can certainly add more marmalade or butter to your liking. I like to steam my carrots, but you can boil them as well. These are "Bugs Bunny" approved!!

Ingredients For quick glazed carrots

  • 1 pound package baby carrots
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon orange marmalade

How To Make quick glazed carrots

  • 1
    Steam or boil carrots until tender. Drain. Add butter and marmalade. Toss until melted.
