quick glazed carrots
A great weeknight side dish. I have also used jalapeno pepper jelly. Oh, so good!! You can certainly add more marmalade or butter to your liking. I like to steam my carrots, but you can boil them as well. These are "Bugs Bunny" approved!!

Step 1Steam or boil carrots until tender. Drain. Add butter and marmalade. Toss until melted.
