Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked pumpkin or canned
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon each ground cloves and nutmeg
- TOPPING
- 1 cup vanilla wafer cookies ground
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 stick butter melted
How To Make pumpkin souffle

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except topping ingredients together and place in a greased casserole pan.

Step 2Bake for 30 minutes or until set up. Ground the cookies in a food processor and add the brown sugar and butter. Spoon over top of casserole. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
