easy peasy potato salad
Nothing goes with baked beans better than potato salad. Its my down fall I can't pass either one I really love both.I make this potato salad for alot of graduations.

- 1 medium onion [diced]
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinigar
- 11/2 cups mirical whip
How To Make easy peasy potato salad

Step 1Boil potatoes, cool peel and shred

Step 3mix together potatoes, onion, and eggs

Step 4In another boil mix next 4 ingredients well.Pour over potatoes,onion,and eggs mix well refrigerate for at least an hour before serving so flavors blend.
