Nothing goes with baked beans better than potato salad. Its my down fall I can't pass either one I really love both.I make this potato salad for alot of graduations.

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil potatoes, cool peel and shred
  2. boil eggs, cool peel and shred
  3. mix together potatoes, onion, and eggs
  4. In another boil mix next 4 ingredients well.Pour over potatoes,onion,and eggs mix well refrigerate for at least an hour before serving so flavors blend.
