Ingredients

  • 2 cans green beans--drained
  • 2 - onions--thinly sliced and ringed
  • MARINADE
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How To Make pickled green beans

  • Step 1
    I a serving bowl, place 1 can of beans. Add one half of the onion slices. Next place other can of beans then other half of onions.
  • Step 2
    Mix the marinade ingredients together then pour over the beans and onions. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
