Ingredients

  • 2 can(s)
    green beans--drained
  • 2
    onions--thinly sliced and ringed
  • MARINADE

  • 1 c
    vinegar
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How to Make Pickled Green Beans

Step-by-Step

  1. I a serving bowl, place 1 can of beans. Add one half of the onion slices. Next place other can of beans then other half of onions.
  2. Mix the marinade ingredients together then pour over the beans and onions. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
