mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 Tbsp
shallots, finely minced
4 Tbsp
2 pkg
10-oz. packages frozen peas
1/2 c
8 slice
bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Peas with Mushrooms, Bacon & Cream


  • 1Saute mushrooms and shallots in butter until mushrooms are tender.
  • 2Add peas and cream and continue cooking until peas are tender.
  • 3Add bacon and seasonings and toss. Heat through and serve.
