- 1/2 pound mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1 tablespoon shallots, finely minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 packages 10-oz. packages frozen peas
- 1/2 cup cream
- 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make peas with mushrooms, bacon & cream

Step 1Saute mushrooms and shallots in butter until mushrooms are tender.

Step 2Add peas and cream and continue cooking until peas are tender.

Step 3Add bacon and seasonings and toss. Heat through and serve.
