Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon shallots, finely minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 packages 10-oz. packages frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make peas with mushrooms, bacon & cream

  • Step 1
    Saute mushrooms and shallots in butter until mushrooms are tender.
  • Step 2
    Add peas and cream and continue cooking until peas are tender.
  • Step 3
    Add bacon and seasonings and toss. Heat through and serve.
