    mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    shallots, finely minced
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 2 pkg
    10-oz. packages frozen peas
  • 1/2 c
  • 8 slice
    bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Peas with Mushrooms, Bacon & Cream


  1. Saute mushrooms and shallots in butter until mushrooms are tender.
  2. Add peas and cream and continue cooking until peas are tender.
  3. Add bacon and seasonings and toss. Heat through and serve.
