Ingredients
- 16-20 medium brussel sprouts
- 2 tablespoons butter flavored oil
- 1/2 small sweet onion, chopped
- 1 1/4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 5-6 slices bacon, fried to crisp and break into small chunks
How To Make pan fried brussel sprouts & bacon

Step 1Slice brussel sprouts across so it looks like cole slaw

Step 2Heat a non stick skillet with oil and fry sprouts and onions till just tender

Step 3When done stir in the brown sugar to melt and toss in the crispy bacon pieces
