- THIS MAKES 1 QUART JAR ADJUST INGREDIENTS FOR MORE JARS
- 1 pound fresh asparagus cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup pickling salt
- 2 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 cloves garlic smashed
- 2 sprigs fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 teaspoon pink peppercorns (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 small onion thinly sliced
How To Make my sweet garlic pickled asparagus

Step 1Mix pickling salt, vinegar, and sugar together in pan on stove and bring to a boil and cook until sugar has dissolved.

Step 2Pack all ingredients in jar and pour hot liquid over top.

Step 3Seal and process in water bath for 15 minutes.
