my own broccoli salad

Ingredients
- 1-2 bunch broccoli chopped
- 2 cups chopped cucumber
- 4 stalks celery chopped
- 1 large apple chopped
- 8 ounces cranraisins
- 8 ounces cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces nuts, i prefer smoked but any will do, i also put in more than one
- 1 package fried and crumbled bacon
- DRESSING:
- 2 cups mayo
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
How To Make my own broccoli salad

Step 1Mix all dressing ingredients well. Let set in fridge while preparing salad ingredients. May add salt and pepper, garlic, onion, any spices you like I like curry in mine

Step 2Fry up bacon and crumble, chop all veggies. If using large nuts like pecans, almonds, filberts or walnuts may want to break them up.

Step 3Mix both together well and chill until ready to serve. I usually don't add the dressing until ready to serve as I prefer my bacon crispy.
