    spinach, frozen, defrosted

    eggs
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 c
    italian shredded cheese
  • 1
    pie crust shell
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Momma's Spinach Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. squeeze all the water from the spinach, place in a bowl.
  2. add the eggs, heavy cream, cheese, onion powder, salt and pepper...mix well.
  3. pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 mins until crust is golden and filling is firm to touch
