- 1 box spinach, frozen, defrosted
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup italian shredded cheese
- 1 - pie crust shell
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make momma's spinach pie

Step 1squeeze all the water from the spinach, place in a bowl.

Step 2add the eggs, heavy cream, cheese, onion powder, salt and pepper...mix well.

Step 3pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 mins until crust is golden and filling is firm to touch
